How to Access PerfectLaw Remotely

This guide will instruct you on how to use PerfectLaw when not present in the BHS office.

Connect to NetExtender

NetExtender is an application installed on your computer. You can find a shortcut to the app on your computer's desktop. If there is no shortcut, you can press the Windows Key ⊞ Win and type in "NetExtender" to search for the application.

You will need to type in your username which follows the first initial last name username scheme, e.g. Sean Elzerman would be selzerman.

Fill in the same password that you use to log into your computer.

When these fields are filled in, you can click the Connect button to initiate the connection.

NetExtender two-factor authentication prompt

A two-factor authentication screen pops up. You will need to grab the code from your smartphone's Authenticator app. The authenticator token's name should include the text "remote.bhslaw.com"

When this field is filled, click Ok to finish connecting.

Double clicking this icon should open the connection. If you do not have this icon on your desktop, please submit a ticket through CCS's portal.

When the remote desktop connection is open, you should see a screen similar to this one. You can double-click the "AIM" shortcut on the desktop to open the PerfectLaw interface, and use this as you would when in the office.
